I called the hotel in advance of booking a stay and asked about the cleaning policy and was assured they clean the rooms daily. This may be a corporate policy, but in my opinion and my traveling companion’s opinion, this hotel went out of its way not to tell guests that rooms won’t be cleaned unless you ask, and ask before 11 a.m. Bad: Hidden and disingenuous COVID cleaning policy. Good: comfortable beds refrigerator, microwave fairly quiet given the location to the interstate and airport.
